I am a certified hypnotherapist (IHA, MMHA) and a lifelong self-improvement enthusiast. I have extensive training in a variety of modalities and I am also the co-author of multiple books on non-standard relationships. I have been a presenter and speaker for over twenty years.

What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that utilizes hypnosis to address both mental and physical health conditions, as well as to alter habits. As a trained hypnotist, I will guide you into a deep state of relaxation and focus, and from there, we will work together to make changes to your perceptions, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.

Information on how I conduct hypnotherapy.
Hypnotherapy is different from traditional ‘talk therapy’; this means that we begin making significant changes from the very first session, and if we manage to achieve our goal in one go, that’s great (which often happens)!
You don’t want to be stuck in a cycle of ‘do the bare minimum, come back next time’, and I don’t want that for you either. I can’t promise the exact number of sessions we will need to have in order to get you where you want to be, but the average is four or fewer.
